The stages of the call
Opening, discovering what the customer needs, and presenting the value of the policy.
Peach Coach listens to the call and reads how it went. After the call, it gives you the one thing to do differently next time.

In development
Peach Coach is being built to read how each agent runs the stages of a call, so the coaching goes to the stage that needs it.
Every agent has a stage where the call is won or lost. For one it is the opening. For another it is the moment the customer pushes back. Coaching all of them the same way is like handing every cook the same recipe card, whether the sauce or the oven is what keeps going wrong.
Opening, discovering what the customer needs, and presenting the value of the policy.
What the agent does when the customer pushes back, on the calls where they did.
Whether the agent asked, on the calls where there was a real chance to close. A call with no chance is left out, not scored as a miss.
Each agent's sales are compared with what is expected for the mix of customers they spoke with, so an easy mix does not pass for skill and a hard one does not hide it. The gap is the coaching opportunity.
Sample agentCoaching focus
Most room: objections
Thin evidence: few calls so far
Every view carries how much evidence is behind it, and an agent with little data is marked as thin evidence instead of being ranked as if it were settled. The comparison is context for a coaching conversation. It does not prove why a result happened.
